We are excited to welcome you back to Star Cinema Grill. Please take a few moments to read the information below so you are familiar with the recent changes to our operations.
All tickets for Star Cinema Grill must be purchased through our free app or on our website, available for download through Apple App Store and Google Play. This eliminates touchpoints or person to person contact when entering the theater. Our kiosks, box office and website are currently unavailable for ticket purchasing. Base price for all tickets is $5.
Most aspects of auditoriums at Star Cinema Grill are designed in a way that is already more spaced out than other movie theater auditoriums. The distance between rows exceeds six feet from recliner to recliner. Our Premium Pod rows have privacy walls that divide seats into pairs and already provide separation between parties. All other seats have spacing of a minimum of two seats between all parties, which occurs automatically when purchasing tickets. We will also occupy no greater than 50% of our overall capacity at any time.
We are offering a menu that features our most popular items. Menus, plateware, flatware, and drinkware, are currently single-use products. Our servers take orders table-side wearing masks and remaining an appropriate distance from the table. We have enhanced our free app to allow our guests to order menu items during the feature, after an initial order has been placed with the server. We are currently only accepting debit/credit cards and gift cards as forms of payment. Cash will not be accepted at this time.
In compliance with local authorities and current industry standards, facial coverings are required for all staff members and all guests. Before and after every feature, all tables, chairs, armrests, handrails, door handles and cup holders are cleaned and sanitized. These items are verified by management prior to seating the next feature.
Frequent cleaning and disinfecting of any touched surfaces, such as door handles, tables, chairs, and restrooms occur throughout the facility. Doors are propped open where possible to provide easy and touchless access. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, soap and water, or similar disinfectant are readily available to associates and guests. We follow all guidelines set by the State of Texas for movie theaters and guests. As an added measure, all HVAC filters have been upgraded to a Hospital-Grade filter to improve overall air quality.
All theater associates are screened before each shift. This screening includes a temperature check, symptoms check, questionnaire regarding exposure to anyone who has shown symptoms, and a signed document attesting they were checked, and all information given is true & accurate.
